The game won’t start

Check Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge, Java 21 and the required mods. For the official pack, try an unchanged profile of the same release to see whether added mods caused the problem. Don’t overwrite your existing profile or world.

The OneBlock won’t break or gives no drops

Check that you’re on your own or your team’s island, in Survival, using a suitable tool. If you own a tool for that block, hold it. Look in the six-slot reserve if drops seem missing. If the block stays stuck, save the error and report it; don’t delete the island’s saved files to force a reset.

Quests or expansion are missing

These need the supported Slate integration. Check the pack version and quest book before assuming that mining more OneBlocks will expand the border. If you’ve customized the quest book, the mod preserves it rather than overwriting it automatically. Back it up before asking for help.

The gateway isn’t going where I expected

Check your island tier and the HUD destination. A realm must be installed, enabled and unlocked before the gateway can use it. In 1.1.0, waiting for daylight won’t reset the expedition timer.

Still stuck?

Report the problem. Use Mod for a bug in Dimensional Chaos itself, or Modpack for pack settings, recipes, installation or conflicts between installed mods. If unsure, choose Modpack.

Include the mod and pack versions, Minecraft and NeoForge versions, your operating system, whether it’s singleplayer, LAN or a server, and steps to reproduce the problem. Mention any added or changed mods. For performance problems, include allocated RAM.

Attach relevant client or server logs, and a crash report if there was a crash. Reports are public: remove credentials, session data, personal paths, IP addresses and other private information first. Don’t upload worlds, player data or launcher account files.
